First Attempt at Podcasting!

Ashitakas Angels Podcast #1 - Ashitakas Angels

Dear readers,

1. We just watched the Lost finale.
2. We didn't have the words to adequately express our reactions in blog form. Therefore, we are attempting podcasting.
3. We're amateurs. We have no idea what we're doing. Be nice.
4. We cover the Lost finale + some American Idol squee.
5. Enjoy!

Awesome first podcast guys!!!! I have to say, I was not as down on the LOST finale as you were. I thought it was fantastic and not at all unsatisfying. It's funny that you brought up season 1's finale, because I did, in fact, hate that season's finale. If you remember, I actually vowed to stop watching the show after the season 1 finale, but as far as season five is concerned: I simply can't wait for season 6 after watching this season's finale.

The fade to white after Juliet exploded the nuke was so terrifying and crazy and OMG-what-is-gonna-happen-next?!?!?! that it left me shaking with both anticipation and dread. Also, as you pointed out, the reveal that Locke was not in fact Locke was creepy beyond words. LOST is as much a horror show as it is a sci-fi show and that part with "Locke" is exhibit A, I think.

Finally, I just wanted to thank you guys for taking the podcast plunge because now I'm going to start podcasting on my blog and it's all thanks to you guys (and mind grapes' technology ;) ).

Why thank you, Derelict! You know, the more I think about the finale, the more I really do like it. I think I was just so...confused after it was over that I was a bit frustrated. But I've definitely come around on it. It really was very good (oh and yeah, better than the season 1 finale).

Can't wait to hear more of your future endeavors in podcasting :)

That is so cool that you guys did a podcast!!! I wish I would have been there, although I rly wouldn't have anything to say. Lost sounds super confusing and a bit disappointing...but anyways GJ!
