Can we just talk about how good 'Chuck' was last night?

Can we?  Because hot damn, this was one of the best episodes in a long time and maybe the best of the season.  Not only was it hilarious, but it was a total game changer! Morgan knows Chuck's secret!  And I love it.  I love how he handled it too. Instead of being disappointed, it was the greatest thing he'd ever heard lol.  I cannot wait to see the hijinks that ensue with Morgan being in the know.  I want a Morgan/Casey mission, please :)

And Chuck did something he couldn't do in the premiere, by admitting that he loved Sarah.  He always has and he still does.  It was nice to hear him say it, and I loved how that was what allowed him to start flashing again.

After "Chuck Vs. The Mask" (the episode right before the hiatus), there was apparently controversy amongst fans about the Sarah/Chuck relationship and how the show was handling it and there was a big uproar.  And I was just sitting there like, "why is everyone getting so mad? I watch this show for Casey and Jeffster!" LOL  So, you could imagine that I was very, very happy tonight...

JEFFSTER!!!!!!111111alsdfjl;sadkjf;lksdjflkajsdlkfjalsdkjf;laskdjflfj
They are my favorites forever.  Not only did we get a classic Jeffster performance, but we got Jeff shoving an apple in his mouth, chloroforming people (wtf? lol), and Lester selling people out and pretending to be a spy.  They. Are. A. Delight.

And then there was Casey!  Favorite quote of life: "The only thing I hate more than hippy, neo-liberal fascist anarchists are the hypocrite fat cat suits they eventually grow up to become." And OMG ominous Casey ending!  Leading to a Casey-centric episode next week?!  This is making for a very, VERY happy Mind Grapes :D

So a really great episode to a really amazing show.  I think this season has been quite good so far (I really like the addition of Brandon Routh as well), and I can't wait to see where they're going to take it further :)

Completely agree! It was a massively amazing spectacle! And that's what happens when you let Zach Levi direct! I can't wait to see more of his work and altho i know u dont care too much about Sarah and Chuck, I've been feeling total heartbreak about them...seriously Sarah is starting to remind me of the frustration I felt with Lana and Clark. And I'm totally happy that KK is gone. I'd have to disagree with ya about Shaw though...he's kinda a pain

I didn't know when I was watching it that Zach Levi directed it, but he did a great job!

I do care about Sarah and Chuck! I love them together! They're just not the only reason I watch this show, and I think people (not you) getting too involved in only them will only lead to disappointment. There are so many other amazing things about this show :)

I don't mind Shaw b/c I don't feel like he's really disrupting the Sarah/Chuck romance that much. Sarah isn't all of a sudden going to fall madly in love w/ Shaw and not care about Chuck anymore. Shaw is a good guy, who has a lot in common with her, and clearly cares about her, and I don't blame Sarah for feeling a connection or wanting to confide in him. Plus, he's really hot :)

V. Good episode I think, and of course Morgan is going to be excited because he always acts excited when you think he's going to be devistated (think back to when Chuck had to tell him he was being creepy).

I could take or leave Shaw... I wish they'd go more into his relationship with his late wife and that kind of thing... I think he and Sarah are together atm because they both have a habit of getting in relationships with their coworkers :P

I'll be very interested to see how things go with Casey next week... I love the Casey-centric episodes, they make me smile (and that long shot last week?! amazing!!!)
